We guarantee Povgear products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original buyer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or extend to any Povgear product that has been modified. Only original Povgear products are covered under this warranty.
Unused items can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase. We’ll also cover the shipping in the U.S.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
We do not offer exchanges. A refund will be issued and you may purchase a new product.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I am returning an item?
For all U.S orders and International orders, we will cover shipping costs for defective products. Please contact us to approve the return. Any other returned item, shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I return an item?
To return or exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. Please provide us your order number and date of purchase.
How do I exchange an item?
For exchanges, please first send us an email at email@example.com which includes your name, email, phone number, order number and the specific item you purchased from us. Once you receive our confirmation, simply send your item to the address provided you.
