1 Year Limited Warranty
Povgear warranties its product to be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, this
limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or
when modifications have been made.. A defective product meeting the warranty
conditions set forth herein will be sent a replacement part or will be completely replaced. This warranty applies only to our carbon fiber products only and not our accessories.
Unused poles can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. We’ll also cover the shipping in the U.S and Canada. All other countries shipping charges will apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
We do not offer exchanges. A refund will be issued and you may purchase a new product.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your items, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid return label. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase minus the original shipping charge if applicable. We have a hassle-free return policy. Customer service is our top priority.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I am returning an item?
For all returned items outside of the 30 day guarantee the shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Povgear only will cover shipping costs for defective products. Please contact us to approve the return and a shipping label sent to you. (international order a fee may apply)
How do I return an item?
To return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. Please provide us your order number and date of purchase.
